I had started this cartoon as an animated piece but soon realized I would not be able to get in done in time for Monday’s post. I only got Toon Boom Animate on Saturday and had a busy family weekend so I went with the tried and true single image comic. Seeing it now I believe in it may actually work better than what I was attempting in animation for this joke.
The joke of the comic itself on this is a litttle late but I just loved idea of all those silly faces pressed up to the glass of their favorite Target, Walmart, etc. Not that I was completely innocent this year. I found myself looking through the ads from all these places and going on Amazon and then pulling the trigger on a Toon Boom purchase so perhaps I’m one of those silly looking folks pressed up to the glass in my own comic. Hmmm.
Hope you enjoy and have a great week.

Perfect! This is exactly why I stayed holed up in my house that day.
Do people push up on the glass of their monitor waiting for internet sales to begin?
I camped in front of my computer just so I’d be the first one online in the morning.
I don’t see why they just don’t give the poor guys a numbered bracelet like they do for other things and let them go home.
Gotta buy me some of that insomnia before everyone else gets it!
This scares me, but in a good way!
Give them air!
Are those the folks trying to get in or the ones trying to get out.
You portrayed the craziness of the day well Frank. Surely there has to be a few suffocated bodies in there
This image is going to stick with me every time I think of Black Friday, Frank. What a plethora of desperate humanity!
